Meatballs:
1lb 80/20 ground beef
1/4 cup diced parsley
1 small onion grated
2.5 oz Boursin Garlic & Herbs Cheese
1 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 eggs
1.5 – 2 cups bread crumbs
AP Seasoning, Italian Seasoning, Red pepper flakes

Spaghetti:
1 lb spaghetti noodles
1 diced onion
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup tomato paste
1-2 tsps beef bouillon powder
red pepper flakes and italian seasoning
15 oz tomato sauce
28 oz crushed tomatoes
2 tsps white sugar (optional)
AP seasoning
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped basil

  1. Eww, raw onion and garlic paste from a tube, I don't know that is kind of nasty. I think you wold be better off sauteing the onion first, this would bring in a little sweetness and complexity but hey you do you.

I'm not big on spaghetti and meatballs, but I am going to do this recipe and use the meat and sauce for a lasagna or penne pasta, as I am loving all the ingredients in the meat and haven't even made it yet! And who knows, this recipe might change my mind about spaghetti😉! Thanks for all the great recipes!

  6. So I posted about a week ago, that while I wasn't big on spaghetti and meatballs, I would try this recipe using a different pasta. But I made this last night using spaghetti as I needed to know what the meat and sauce would taste like (no red pepper flakes). I will be using the recipe to make lasagna and penne pasta, but we NOW will also have spaghetti and meatballs periodically — this recipe did not dissappoint!!! 😉😎🥂

  7. Good Recipe! Similar to the one my grandma used. She would actually finish meatballs in oven and added basil.
