  1. Thank you, i was eating this kebeb in England, from now i will make it for my self.

  2. I never thought to use it in desserts but it seems like a great idea! Would maybe take the place of Lemon Verbena, which is delicious in cakes.

  3. Looks delicious. Can you please tell us what kind of oven/grill is that and where can we get one for personal use?

  4. Looks great. You added a spice “red something” I struggled to grasp the second word. Red what? Sorry but would like to buy the right stuff. Looks like my idea of real food.

    PS
Let me know quickly, I want to do it this weekend. LOL.
    Best regards.

  5. Add a little cinnamon and mix it up and make burgers. I serve mine on English muffins with a slice of tomato and salt and pepper and a sprinkle of chopped mint. It's like a party in your mouth

  8. No matter what I do, the meat keeps falling of the skewers!! This actually happens with any Kebab recipe I try. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

  9. Can I make kebabs with thawed ground meat? Will that be an issue or no?

  10. Is the ground meat meat lamb, beef or a combo? My family made both lamb & beef because it grilled better. Shalom & thanks!

  11. I was raised with Lebanese culture and almost every meat dish was made with Lamb or 50/50 Lamb & beef

  12. Just tried making these for the first time ! So stoked to finally make my own after enjoying this food for so long.. Great recipe, I'm excited to make again and try some new stuff with this core recipe! THANKS

  13. Good evening, Mr. Henrys. Why don't you follow Chef Abolith's channel. A Syrian chef prepares kebabs on a chopping cleaver. This is the best way to chop kebabs. For information, Mr. Henrys kebabs in a certain area of Syria do not add to kebabs except a little onion and red pepper
