Ingredients
2 pounds Mediterranean Sea Bass
salt, to taste
freshly cracked black pepper to taste
olive oil
For the Ladolemono dressing:

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 °F, 200 °C.

Cut slits on the exterior of the fish (both sides).

Drizzle olive oil on top and inside the fish and season with salt and pepper.

Place the fish on a baking tray lined with foil or parchment paper.

Roast for 20 minutes.

Place all of the ladolemono dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until creamy and emulsified.

Serve the dressing alongside the fish along with bread and lemon wedges. Kali Orexi!.

Hey Dimitra i notice you dont touch the fish i know its for your viewers but sometimes in certain foods using your hands is key im greek to so the tongs thing for me doesnt work you need to hold the fish turn it salt it properly it looks much better than using tongs in my opinion and it shows your viewers yes its fish and you do have to handle it with your hands
    I notice that when its chicken too just use your hands instead of those tongs it would look better snd there is nothing wrong just was your hands after

  8. the key to taste i found is fish freshness…..you need to cook the fish within a few hours after it comes out of the sea for incredible taste. ……!! i am still waiting for kotopita !!!!
