Today we are making “Mucver”, a classic and traditional vegetarian appetizer in Turkey, simply made with zucchini, onions and herbs, it’s very similar to zucchini fritters or simply a Turkish version of vegetable pancakes. It’s usually served as a hot appetizer and pairs perfectly with Turkish cacik, yogurt garlic sauce or simply with whipped yogurt.
