My fave is the Haleakala with macadamia nut icecream . I also liked adding mochi to the shave ice. 6.25 for small (pictured) and 7.50 for a normal sized one. they’re opened 12-8, the original owner is in town for 2 weeks. They are a super famous spot from Maui and this is their 3rd location outside of Hawaii. 4500 E Palm Valley Blvd Unit 116, Round Rock, TX 78665

Is there li-hing and haupia as topping options? If yes then it’s legit else just haole-washed…
We went today and it was so good! Really legit. The shave ice itself is super soft, not chunky or flaky at all, and the mochi was top notch.
We got the No Ka Oi (passion fruit, mango, coconut) with a snow cap (sweetened condense milk topper) and the mochi, and a sunset beach (passion orange, mango, guava) with ube ice cream. They tell you that if you want more syrup you can come back to the front of the line and get it topped off—we found the syrup/ice ratio was perfect as-is but it’s nice to know.
We got there at 7:20 (closes at 8p) and there was a line out the door! (We had friends who went around lunchtime and they said the line was much shorter.) It moved fast and the staff is really friendly. I spoke a bit with the owner (super nice) and he specifically said he had “underestimated [your] reach,” “you” being Austinfoodadventures 🥳, and that they’ve had lines down the block the last two days! They were handing out waters earlier for people waiting in the sun, and had a pile of umbrellas this evening for the brief rainstorm. Great folks and a great addition to the area.
