Any info on this cole slaw dressing served with Korean fried chicken?

    It really depends from place to place. Sorry thatʻs not more helpful. Many of them start with Kewpie or other Japanese/East Asian mayo. And after that itʻs chefʻs choice.

    What I have seen in many Korean-American KFC joints is using the recipe for the the slaw in Dongaesu (Tonkatsu) and modifying it to their tastes.
