

– Dry brined about 2-3 lbs of wings for two hours with mix of mostly salt, pepper and garlic powder, and a bit of onion powder, pimenton and baking powder.
– Added a bit more of the rub right before the cook.
– 300F for about 30 minutes in the rotisserie basket.
– 400F for about 15 minutes.
– 500F for about 5-10 minutes.
They were tasty, crispy, smoky and juicy.
