I love the best but dislike the overly Smokey flavor. I find I can’t use it in eggs or on pizza like I can use red pepper flakes due to the smokiness.

Be warned. My grinder was putting out tame flakes. I felt I could sneak some in to a puttanesca sauce. 5 years later the family doesn’t trust my cooking!
