  4. Oh my god, the number of garlic Grilled Shrimp recipes I've tried in the past had always failed me so I was super hesitant to try this out. Let me tell you one thing: I do not regret making these one bit these shrimp are a replica of the garlic Grilled Shrimp I ate at Red Lobsters for my brother's graduation dinner (7 years ago). This recipe is a keeper!!!

  9. Made your recipe. Added lots of fresh parmesean cheese to the marinade. And put it in an electric food chopper and bought pre-minced garlic because I'm lazy about cutting leafy seasonings. Came out great and the wife loved it!

  14. best garlic press I have ever used has a hinged flat press plate…….the hinge gives you a little bit of extra force. (I think mine is from pampered chef…..I used and bought a second to have just in case)…..also, I never realized for a long time that you can large slice/dice/chop garlic and it doesn't cook as fast as if you press it…..so if you're making a dish where the garlic will cook hard or long then just cut it in larger chunks…..if using in a salad dressing or light sautee, press it.
