Did 35 quarts this weekend. 11 psi for 25 mins. Removed air bubbles. Headspace 1”. Held 11 psi flawlessly. Cool down 10 mins after psi drop and 10 with lid off before moving to towel to finish. Still loosing a lot of liquid. Anything else we should be doing/checking?

I personally just crack the lid and let it set for 10 minutes, then remove it and let it set for 10 minutes. This has reduced a lot of my siphoning. It happens during sudden temperature changes so just cracking it slows down the internal drop in that temperature.
