  1. Why no mention of the green onion at the end?
Amateurs like me need you to point out everything. Happy new year!

  2. Nice clean water for the potatoes then put in the eggs that came out of a chicken's butt hole. You are ahhh nu+s.
    Lol get your priorities right.

  3. Statutory warning – Walk a mile or more after eating this if you don’t want to become a potato yourself.

  4. This is the most delicious potato salad I've ever eaten! Thank you! I've also made it with hommus instead of the potato flakes – super-yum!!

  5. This looks like good potato salad information. Alot of nice tips like the potato flakes and how to 3/4 a russet. I can almost taste how nice this is when deeply chilled with maybe a little smoked paprika powdered over it. Accompanied by an iced Lipton unsweetened tea in a tall tumbler and a (paper only) bendy straw! Thanks.

  6. Have you given up posting? That video was one of the best I’ve seen. You may have given an update elsewhere, but I can’t watch every video to find it…..

  7. Leaving The skin on Results in lowering Sugar spikes due to the Fibre ✌️.

  8. After watching 5 videos just now on potato salad everyone used sweet relish, which I find disgusting, and no one even mentioned putting in dill relish instead of sweet except YOU! I appreciate you saying that. It made me think that if I don't use sweet my potato salad will be terrible. I'm definitely going to try your recipe because it looks delicious and you didn't add green peppers to it. Gross.
    Thanks for sharing, Crouton Crackerjacks!

  9. Almost like mine lol, I mash 1 potato with the eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, no instant, that's really only difference, but you did say in video also about amounts so right on 👊

  10. I tried this recipe and it worked out pretty well. I made a couple of mistakes, nothing harmful but on the whole it turned out very well. I will make a couple of adjustments the next time and hope I get it down pat . My wife and I ate it all in two days with dinner as a accompaniment. Steak , Corn on the Cobb and of course your potato salad, just like a barbecue . Thank You.

  11. I made your recipe and my family loved the potato salad. They always ask me to make your recipe birthdays and holidays. Thanks 😊

  12. OMG. A man after my own heart!
I have been watching potato salad video recipes just out of curiosity to see what others put in their potato salad. I was starting to think I was the only one who peeled and cubed my potatoes BEFORE boiling them. I also seem to be a rare person who uses fresh dill in the dressing.

  13. Here it is , Fourth of July and It’s time to make your potato salad again. The last time was Memorial Day . I’m already underway , the eggs are cooked and peeled and the potatoes are cooling off . My wife came out and washed things up and now in about a half hour I’ll start dicing the onion and celery . Got the Hellmans, sugar , salt , relish , mustard , white vinegar , and instant mash potato flakes at hand . Thank you and Happy Fourth of July to you and everyone, and God Bless America.

  14. I have never in my 53 year of life have ever ate a potato salad like this! We in my part of Tennessee this is what our was made with regular old russet potatoes that is 4 eggs, one Vidalia onion, half of a red or orange or yellow, sweet pepper, two small Roman tomatoes, half to a whole cup Mayonnaise Dukes,JFG, or Kraft only lol tablespoon of French mustard an then salt pepper to taste. An this is what I was raised on an I couldn’t every imagine putting sugar or vinegar in my potato salad I’m sure it’s good but I just do not think it would be something my family wi eat, because a lot of the store bought has sugar in them an we don’t buy them if it’s not homemade we don’t eat it same with macaroni salad as well.

  15. My mother used russet potatoes. She added chopped celery, onion, green bell pepper, lots of diced eggs, mayo, mustard, sweet relish or chopped sweet pickles, salt and pepper. To get the perfect flavor, she would dissolve some vinegar and sugar together and pour it into the salad. That gave it just the right flavor. Then add sliced eggs on top and sprinkle with paprika.

  16. My mom would add the dressing and mix and leave in frig overnight so the potatoes would soak up part of the dressing so you would not bite into a dry potatoe

  17. There's nothing basic about this. It's simply "a" version you're offering.
My mom's was the best. but no sugar, no mustard, no relish, or flakes.
    And garnish with celery seeds.
