Is it traditional to mix in Feta cheese as well or is it not? I want to make this authenticly , recipes I've seen say to use and some not.

They look great, Ken. I add garlic and shredded Parmesan, or Kefalograviera. They say if you wouldn't drink the wine, don't cook with it. I say the same for olive oil. If you would not put it in a salad, why fry with it?
