The Rkakat cheese rolls are very well known in Lebanon and can be found in every Lebanese Mezze menu.
The recipe is super simple and easy (you can find it in both Arabic and English Languages)

Easy and delicious recipe 👇🏻

Ingredients:
♦️Double Cream Cheese
♦️Feta Cheese
♦️Mozzarella Cheese
♦️1 teaspoons of Dried Mint
♦️2 teaspoons of flour
♦️¼cup of water
♦️vegetable oil
♦️Rkakat Papers (you can find them in any supermarket – I used @Tony’s Food , they have the best Rkakat dough in Lebanon)

♨️ Directions:
1.Start shredding the double cheese cream
2.Shred Feta cheese
3.Add shredded Mozzarella cheese
4.To taste, add one teaspoon of dried mint
5.And mix them all together
6.In a small cup, add 2 flour teaspoons, and add water gradually
7.Bring some Rkakat papers (You can find them at any supermarket)
8.Add the cheese in the bottom, and start rolling
9.Anoint the flour and water on the top to close firmly
(Remember to keep the rkakat papers in room temperature)
10.Add vegetable oil to a hot pan, then add the cheese rolls
11.Remove when you get the satisfying golden color
