Decided to make mashed potatoes instead of microwaving quartered potatoes. It was very tasty.
It was a little weird that the recipe calls for you to cook the chicken on a hot pan, wipe the pan down, then cook the sauce on the same hot pan. No temperatures were provided. FYI, it should be medium-high for the chicken, and medium to medium-low for the sauce.
