  1. Shrimp. I bet this would be good with shrimp. But if you're going to use the shells in the pasta water, then make a cheesecloth sachet (bag, little sack) for them, tied off with string, for easy removal. — I was going to suggest a dash of Worcestershire, but I saw the comments. That micro star new lamp that one viewer has sounds very intriguing. Is the light Mac and cheese yellow-orange, or lobster/shrimp pink? 😀

  2. You cut your lobster way too small. Everyone I know. I mean Everyone,,, likes their own option to cut up the lobster more if need be. You make it feel cheap if you do it like that,,,

  5. John, I usually love your recipes and follow your channel regularly. But,aAs a US expat living in Switzerland, I never fail to be amazed by the recent US obsession with cheese, especially cheese sauces, and especially mac&cheese. But M&C with beef short ribs, brisket and very especially lobster? Really?? Why not just make a cheese fondue and using surf and turf (lobster, short ribs and brisket maybe even slices of prime rib) instead of bread? LOL
