  3. I’m making these today because of you Ken! Last night I made avgolemono soup!
I’ve always made pan and never in squares! I’m going to try just a tad bigger and only slice the phyllo one time down the middle🥰….

  4. I used Dill Seed, added 1/2 tsp Salt, also I used 2 layers of Phylio. Anyways turned out great, I made enough for 4 meals, my family ate everything in 1 meal.

    Thank you

  5. Hi Ken, how do you prepare the frozen spinach..do you thaw in the microwave and then squeeze out all the excess water? I love your recipes and the way you explain 🙂

  6. Hi Ken, I have been patiently waiting for your recipe of kotalethas (sp). I am so excited to make it.
    Thank you

  7. Do you use the chopped or whole frozen spinach? Probably doesn't matter, but just curious. Is one box of spinach enough? Or is the loose frozen better to use? Making for Christmas appetizer – thank you for great video and recipe! Trish

  8. Question Ken. Do you ever use domestic feta cheese? The imported feta is more expensive. I'm guessing you would recommend imported greek feta cheese(goat/sheeps milk)? Either way I'm going to make these.
On another note my mother(💯% 🇬🇷) used to make one of her own creations called feta bread. Used to watch her make it when I was a kid. Are you familar with anything similar? My mom used to make it with pastry dough and feta cheese, melted butter. Bake it in the oven. It was amazing.

  9. I'm looking to create a recipe with pie filling, I think this is a perfect start! Thanx for the visual aid of folding!

  10. Some places I've tried this from seem to add either finely diced onion or minced garlic (maybe even cooked beforehand?) and a dash of nutmeg. Is that unauthentic? It's tasty 😅😋
