Love this place! They use to stay open a little past midnight before the pandemic.

Kouraku is an institution and their fried rice and gyoza are my childhood. I can’t think of any other Japanese-Chinese restaurant in Los Angeles that uses woks to cook their food.

Legit. Them and TOT have been my go to spots for curry these days.

I had lunch there too. Katsudon and a half order of fried rice. 🔥

I’ve been to this restaurant and ordered 3 times. All between ~2:30am – 3:00am after a hard night in DTLA.
