  2. Kouraku is an institution and their fried rice and gyoza are my childhood. I can’t think of any other Japanese-Chinese restaurant in Los Angeles that uses woks to cook their food.

    I’ve been to this restaurant and ordered 3 times. All between ~2:30am – 3:00am after a hard night in DTLA.

    I have never eaten the food.
