  1. I enjoy your videos, I love Greek food, and a few years ago doing a DNA test I found out that I had Greek blood in my ancestry… ( I'm Jewish ), I found your videos by searching on Youtube for a recipe on how to make Tzatziki Sauce. Keep Up The Good Work.

  2. Άκη, το τζαζίκι σου είναι το καλύτερο. Οπότε πιστεύω ότι και αυτό θα είναι καλό. Ανυπομονώ να το δοκιμάσω.

  3. Chickpeas are v. good for you and healthy, i ❤
them whether soup or hummus dips.
I found Akis channel searching for Zucchini fritters, and could not believe how much Greek food is such a big influence here in Australia. All these yummy foods Akis makes are in the cafe culture here, and popular because they are so healthy, quick to prepare and make, and popular with families too.

  4. I made it today and it's really something special. Hubby put it on the list of our favorite meals. I had to blend a portion for my 3,5 year old and he ate it too as a creamy soup. Just an idea for moms how to make their little ones eat veggies. Thank you very much for this amazing recipe! ❤❤❤

  5. Magnifique recette, comme souvent les choses les plus simples sont les meilleures… ❤❤❤

  6. Seriously everything has to be sexy and ya wonder why there so many problems with sex trafficking, we even have to have sexy vegtables now🤯💥🤮

  7. I eat this chick peas all the time. I use tomatoes, carrots, banana peppers (red ) coriander leave at the end, paprika. The rest is the same like what you did. ❤✌🏽😘

  8. Akis, I really like your recepies but its rather irresponsible from you to advise users to use unpealed carrots or use lemon zest. I will explain. Root vegetables such as carrots or potatos are the most polluted vegetables growing in highly polluted cultivation soils that contain many contaminants such as plant hormones, fertilizers, all the insecticides and aresenic -based pestcides that are spread above that sip into the soil, about 15 different toxic heavy metals ( from petroleum products, radon, asbestos, lead, copper, arsenate etc), and many more toxic soil contaminats. The first thing of protection is to absolutely peel the skin and wash very well these vegies, as the contaminants, absorbed and concentrated on the vegetable skin are mostly carcinogenic and worse. The same applies to lemons as their skin is full of pesticides, insceticides and …sprayed wax compounds to prevent lemons from rotting fast, again all sprayed contaminats are carcinogenic. So you should be advising use of throughly cleansed ( in vinegar) and pealed vegetables or fruits, unless they are grown in your yard in an eco-responsible manner. A good way to decontaminate as much as possible supermarket bought fruit and veg is to wash them many times in alkaline water with vinegar too. All I have written above is evidence-based. Make your recepies delicious, but also healthy.

  9. Love the taste and how simple it is to make. Can´t get enough of lemons and Greece.

  10. Bonjour Akis, un plat comme je les adore ! Je fais venir mon huile d’olive vierge de Grèce avec un groupe d’amies ! Que du bonheur, elle est tellement bonne ! Merci pour votre recette, Amitiés de France
