  1. In the video you said 2 tbsp of orange blossom water for the syrup but you said 3 tbsp in the ingredients list. Is it 2 or 3?

  2. why make so much syrup and then only use 2.5 cups? I have one useless cup left.

  3. This is the most similar recipe I found to my favorite way of having Ayshe saray, but for some reason I couldn't get my ashta to be as dense as yours, although I used the exact quantities, any idea why?

  4. Hi there… question.. my custard/pudding part never got thicker it was still really liquidy… any help please? I’m not sure what I did wrong 😢 I love your channel and videos so thank you for all the awesome middle eastern recipes!!

  5. So I Kind of struggled when I poured the syrup over the bread, I feel like the bread really didn’t absorb the syrup. After I poured the filling on top, I noticed the bread rising, I’m confused if my bread slices were too thick that’s why it kept raiseing or if I made the syrup to thick that’s why it didn’t absorb the syrup. After leaving it in the fridge, I found it difficult to slice thru the bread and noticed there was still lots of syrup on the bottom. Can you suggest what I might of made mistakes doing?

  6. Hi,thanks for the recepie. The cream you use is: whipped cream or cooking cream with less percentage of fat?

    Thanks!
