I’m wondering if there’s a tested recipe for blueberry pie filling that’s less thiccc than the NCHFP’s? This one is very gooey, a lot like the supermarket canned pie fillings, which aren’t the most appealing to me.

Use less clear jel? I don’t think the clear jel does anything to preserve the berries.
