This keeps me very full & satiated throughout the afternoon. I usually split my meals into a moderate cal lunch and a higher cal dinner. Spices not included in cals because I don’t count those, but I added: salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, garlic, onion and oregano!
