Ingredients
2 cups of natural plain yogurt
200 ml of cold water
4 cucumbers
2 cloves of garlic
Fresh dill
Salt, dried mint, olive oil
Preparation
1- Peel and grate 4 cucumbers.
2- In a large bowl, whisk 2 cups of natural plain yogurt with 200 ml of cold water.
3- Add in 2 cloves of crushed garlic and grated cucumbers.
4- Add a handful of finely chopped fresh dill, salt and dried mint.
5- Mix well and pour into small serving bowls.
6- Drizzle olive oil on top, decorate with dried and fresh mint and serve.
7- Enjoy!
