Welcome to my mom’s Kitchen, today we will see how to make yummy halloumi salad.

Ingredients:
300 gm – Halloumi
1 – Avocado
1 – Cucumber
¼ cup – Pomegranate
1 cup – Baby Spinach
1 cup – Rocket Leaves
½ cup – Cherry Tomatoes
1 tbsp – Pomegranate Molasses

Dressing:
6-7 – Mint Leaves
1 – Red Chilly
½ – Lime
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 – Clove of Garlic
1 tsp – Dijon Mustard
Pinch of Salt

Method:
 In a salad bowl, spread the baby spinach leaves, rocket leaves, cherry tomatoes and avocado.
 For the salad dressing, into a small bowl add dijon mustard, olive oil, lime juice, sliced red chili, chopped mint leaves, olive oil, minced garlic and salt. Stir well and set aside
 Finally, cut the halloumi into thick pieces
 Place the cut halloumi on hot grill pan and cook both sides to get soft and melty halloumi.

Our mind-blowing, super-duper salad is ready!
