  1. Hey Kent, Buben here again. Love your content, keep it up cowboy. Did I ever tell ya'll about the time I was working at Paul's Manufacturing in Duncan. c1978. We made cattle scales and squeeze shutes among other things. Anyway me and the foreman and his second in command went fishing on the Red river using Dupont spinners. Real pipe bombs. Yes, they really work. 8" @ 60% nitroglycerin. Very safe. You can shoot it all day with a .22 and nothing. I've also used 80%, not safe. Shoot it once and kaboomb!. Gives you a terrible headache if you're not used to it.
What do you mean so what?

  2. Also this. While I was there, c1978, Duncan Oklahoma, my gramaw made me a breakfast of pork chops and eggs. She was born in 1886 and lived to 99. 12 kids. I had about 100 cousins. She cooked the chops in milk. Best pork chops I ever had. I tried to replicate them but failed. Have no idea what she did.
Me and her would talk for hours. I never tired of hearing her stories. As a young girl, she remembers riding in a wagon during one of the sooner land rushes, the menfolk road ahead on horseback, and seeing the Indians with feathers and all. She liked my philosophy on life at such a young age, "your born into this world on a level stage, you owe nothing and the world owes you nothing. But what you do after, what you give to the world is what you get back." I always rode for the brand. God bless , you and your'n.

  3. Hello Cowboy Kent. What exactly is that cut of chop? Was your chops more of a loin? Id went to three butchers and asked exactly what you'd mentioned, and none looked like what you smoked. What I got was a true 1 1/2-inch pork chop with the bone tail end and the butchers informed when they cut it, it's a center chop.

  4. My smoker tried to burn my house down so it’s no more and I need to pay down some debt before I get a new ReqTech smoker. Not going to mention what I had before. But Kent, I’ll be doing this on a propane grill with a smoker tube and think I’ll get a good result. Thank you so much for another wonderful video. God bless.

  5. That is an impressive, clean grill Mr. Rollins. God bless you and Shannon always & forever.

  6. Kent, with you describing how great the food is, are you surprised that Beagle commits to a table assault?
    🐶+🥩=❤️

  7. Can't even tell you how much this recipe was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. I just made this one night before last and then it popped up and I had to re-watch it just to see if I did it right? I have to believe I did because it was absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much and please don't stop sending these wonderful videos out into the world! 🤤

  8. Wow the chops turned out so very good. My wife is a grilled chicken freak-o and she said the pork chops may have been better than the chicken.

  9. I wish my father in law lived long enough to see the cowboy cook some hog chops. He loved his chops and taught me about indirect heat.

    Dave,
