Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes – sliced in half
Basil
Mozzarella, Ciliegine (cherry size)

How to:
Fold the basil, stick the toothpick in the middle. Grab a mozzarella ball, slide it on and stick it into a half slice of the cherry tomato. Stand it upright on a tray. Drizzle with balsamic reduction, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
