  2. Salt and Straw base, but cooked some cookie butter into it with the milk. After churning, I layered in crushed up biscoff cookies and slightly melted cookie butter. Simple and delicious! Might add some cinnamon, salt, or vanilla next time

    Great minds think alike! I did a very similar thing. Didn’t add the biscoff butter to the base, but did add some
    Vanilla and pinch of salt. I got heavy handed with the cookies and spread, so it was a little cloyingly sweet. But great in small doses.

    LOVE cookie butter, this looks perfect. Great idea on doing melted butter and cookies mixed in, looks perfect.
