Thank you so much for this recipe! My mom made it when I was back home, and I needed to remember how to recreate it but could not recall the ingredients. I am pretty sure my mom adds carrots, garlic and onion though! 😅 Thank you again so much, cannot wait to make this with some chicken. 😊
What are spices or greens in the sandwich bags. I don't here so well. Did you say one was dried red kale? Thank you for your response or anyone that heard it clearer than I. Looks like a great recipe.
Learn to use the knife ! 1st mistake you can tell your a amateur home cook. 2nd you never cook spinach with out washing. Too much salt it was more then 1 teaspoon on your wooden spoon. Wrong rice used and you measure with a measuring cup ! Sad you discredit the Greek cousins.
I apprecriated how you shared to all viewers ur knowldege for cooking spinach.but wondring why u didnt wash the spinach from plastic?theres a chemical they use to preserve the vegetables just wondrin..but yeah i was look delicious.
Appreciate all your recipes ,really, thanks for sharing with us ! This is just how my mother used to make it and its good to taste it again ! I hope you and your family are doing well since we haven't heard from you in years. Best wishes and a Merry Christmas !
You add the water before rice? Some others recommend pilof technique where you add the rice first to coat it with oil and toast the rice, then add water last.
