I was a fry cook and 350 is too high for chicken. 300 for chicken and everything else at 350. We also cooked the chicken (cut up, not whole) for 13 minutes so it would get done all the way to the bone. That is not only nasty the way it was prepared but asking for salmonella. At least the cooking process sterilized the trash can.

While the videos pouring out giant kitchen island spaghetti slop piles and making weird baked pasta and cheese dishes are upsetting, there is some comfort in knowing that nobody is actually eating it when the cameras are off. You can assume that everyone has better sense than that. But the hotel bathroom cooking guy? It’s a different level of awful because the surfaces are much more sus and he does eat it, with gusto. Just stunning in its awfulness.
