So you’re not supposed to crowd the pan [I think mostly] because water inhibits the maillard reaction from occurring. But I think Milwaukee is helping me blow it away.
What do we think? It’s not super crowded, but I ended up getting some nice browning. Just needed to turn the heat up half a click.

Good joke. Love it. Tho pan crowding is a meat problem (won’t sear properly). Not a veg problem (add fat, turn the heat up and stir, generally). Oh, btw.. Makita > Milwaukee
