I love hot honey. I use it for spicy green beans, spicy cornbread, spicy sweet stir fry chicken… Well, I use it in any recipe that calls for honey😃

Pizza is the obvious answer it’s fucking awesome on it. Try it on your favorite fruits too. My personal favorite is a bagel with cream cheese prosciutto and a nice drizzle of this, salty sweet spicy. So fucking good.

Dilute it with hot water to make honey water. Use it to make riffs on Old Fashioneds with Tequila instead of Bourbon or Rye.
Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Cream cheese or thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza have both been great for me.
Side note It’s always good on pep pizza but if you put it on before cooking it’s really really good.
My favorite snack with hot honey is summer sausage with cheese and flatbread crackers. Or just cheese and crackers.
