How To Make Moroccan Chicken Marrakesh

1 brown onion, finely chopped
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
3 medium potatoes, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
4 chicken breast fillets, diced
3-4 tbsp oil
2-3 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 can diced tomatoes (400g)
4 cups chicken stock
1 can chickpeas (400g)
2 tbsp slivered almonds
1/2 cup diced dried apricots

    I've never put dried apricots. Guess I'll have to do this weekend ☺️

  2. This looks nice, but why is it called moroccan? Besides a few moroccan ingredients its not a tradidional moroccan dish.

  3. Recent subscriber, like yr recipes. A little advice- mixing your veggies and raw meat at early chopping stages, highly dangerous.
