Today we want to show you how to make easy Baked Shrimp with Tomato and Feta. This is a very healthy and super easy Greek dish. It’s great for a week night meal or serve it to guest, everyone loves them. If you are a Shrimp lover you will definitely love this dish. We used to make this during the summer when there is an abundance of fresh tomatoes. But we want to show you how easy it is to make this all year round using canned tomatoes. The taste is very refreshing, simple but with just a little bit of seasoning added the complexity, feta cheese adds a salty and creaminess to it, the perfectly cooked shrimp gave it a nice texture. This is one of our favorite ways to eat shrimp.

  7. mmmm another delicious dish, I love shrimp so any ways shrimps come good , but you have made it very tasty, I like how you chopped the vegetables and also for me this is the first time seeing the shrimp made in the oven , I absolutely love the recipe and would try it

  8. This Greek baked shrimp with tomatoes and feta was superb. Loved the idea of baking the raw shrimp with the sauce of tomatoes, shallots and garlic. Baking it for approx 20 min will leave it perfectly baked. Neither too tender or too raw. Feta cheese will melt in the mouth adding extra creamy taste. Garnishing with lemon juice and parsley will give a sour , aromatic taste which will balance with the sweetness of tomatoes and shallots. The juices which were oozing out after plating looked sooo inviting. Another great dish my friend 😍👍128
