سمكه حارة على طريقة إمي
من أطيب الأكلات إلي ماما إبتعملها وكتير سهله.

:المقادير
– 600g سمك أبيض
– 1 معلقة كبيره معجون طماطم
– 1 معلقة كبيره شطة حلوه
– 2 ملاعق كبار زيت نباتي
– عصير من ليمونه كامله
– 4 ملاعق كبار بصل أخضر (بعد الفرم)
– 4 ملاعق كبار بقدونس (بعد الفرم)
– 4 ملاعق كبار كزبرة (بعد الفرم)
– 1/2 فليفله حمرة حرا
– 1 فليفله خضرة (متوسطة الحرارة)

للتقديم:
– خبز أو رز
– شرايح ليمون

Recipe:
– 600 g white fish
– 1 tbs tomato paste
– 1 tbs sweet chili paste
– 2 tbs vegetable oil (or corn oil)
– Juice from 1 lemon
– 4 tbs chopped green onions
– 4 tbs chopped coriander
– 4 tbs chopped parsley
– 1/2 a small red chili
– 1 green pepper (the slightly chili one)

Serving:
– Bread or rice
– Lemon wedges

  1. This video is appearing in the U.S, and I don't speak Arabic. I am disappointed that there are no English captions for this video, I would have loved to try this recipe. After searching several Middle Eastern fish recipes this was the only spicy one. Also, this recipe has a lot of sauce for the fish which is also very nice, since most fish recipes don't have a lot of sauce only if they are stew recipes. I know that most Middle Eastern food is not spicy so this recipe is even more special. Also, I don't even know what country (Lebanese?) in the Middle East this recipe comes from so I cannot search for this specific dish online.
