Cook greens in batches and put them in snack size Ziploc bags and toss them in the freezer. When you make a salad defrost really quick and toss them in. Substitute for things that are just of the carbs like potatoes and rice etc. when I cook Asian food for example I will add ginger, Chinese, five spice powder, Sriracha, scallion, etc. if I do Latin, I’ll add cilantro, cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, black beans … you get it!
Every person has a different way to make their diet work for them. This has worked really great for me. I feel like I can eat whenever I want all of the time.
It makes putting meals together so much easier when you don’t have to have another pot or pan on the stove !
