You can use a lobster base that it's called… better than bullion, it gives much much more flaver than lobster shells. You did use a fish base called Better than Bullion, they also make lobster base. It gives a real lobster flavor.
You don't have to bold them with the water just cover them like 10 mins all the favor will be in the juice pan
I made this!! Came out good, my new fave!! Couldn't find the same fish base though..

Salt three times way too much salt people don't realize you don't need a lot of salt there's other ways for flavor like fresh herbs and no salt seasoning
