  1. You can use a lobster base that it's called… better than bullion, it gives much much more flaver than lobster shells. You did use a fish base called Better than Bullion, they also make lobster base. It gives a real lobster flavor.

  2. You don't have to bold them with the water just cover them like 10 mins all the favor will be in the juice pan

  3. Happy New Year to you and your family! I have made this wonderful recipe and it is awesome! Thanks Laura for your expertise in the culinary arts. God Bless you!

  5. I wonder if Laura is married yet cause I didn’t see a ring on that finger 😍💍

  6. I made it just like Laura did and I got so many compliments, I cut small and big pieces of lobster…. Thank you Laura.

  7. Really? Spiny lobster tail in a lobster bisque?

You would be thrown out of New England with that recipe.

  8. Off topic i know, but you look like a culinary version of Zoe Lister-Jones. Also love me some lobster bisque, cant wait to attempt to make it

  9. So excited to have found your channel! Thank you for the inspiration to cook 💗

  10. I just made this for my wife's 50th birthday. I put the bisque over homemade pasta and added some seared scallops on top. Came out amazing! Great instructions and well done tutorial! Thank you!

  11. Looks very nice one time I was working in a restautmrant and they showed me how to make it and taste it and it was very delicious so yes its delicious

  12. Salt three times way too much salt people don't realize you don't need a lot of salt there's other ways for flavor like fresh herbs and no salt seasoning

  13. Amazing, as always… 10 years later, and this recipe is still on point. Excellent job here and thank you for sharing. Don't forget some good bread, toasted, to dip into that bisque.
