The gist of it is that all the guests who want to will be invited to participate.
In order of spice level each hot sauce will be served to the guests who all dip a chip or french fry in the sauce and then anyone who can’t handle it sits down and we move on to the next round.
This is my line-up (started from 14 sauce candidates and had to make some grueling cuts in the interest of time):
1. Original Truff – 2/10 – I’m a big fan of the Truff hot sauces 2. Los Calientes Rojo – 4/10 – From the official Hot Ones line-up 3. “Hotter” TRUFF – 5/10 – My personal favorite sauce for in-home use 4. My home-brewed chili oil concoction – 7/10 – I use it on all sorts of rice dishes, dumplings, etc. Much hotter than most chili oils I could find at stores. 5. BulDak Seaweed – 8/10 – Only recently tried this and nearly died after eating a whole pack in one sitting without any buffer foods. Not actually that bad if you limit yourself to 1-2 6. Scorpion Disco – 9/10 – Another sauce featured on Hot Ones, it’s quite spicy but very manageable in moderation.

At this point it’s a bit late to make adjustments, but wonder what others would include in their lists.
