    1.25 cups milk
    14oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    4 eggs
    1-2 tsp vanilla bean paste
    350F for 50-60 minutes

  2. That's the best way to make flan that s how I make my flan but I put it in a aluminum bread loaf pan, I use 1 can evaporated milk 1 can sweet condensed milk, and two eggs. You can make it without the Carmel if you prefer put in bath water. Enjoy

  3. You can also make your own evaporated milk. Take twice the amount of milk that you want to use for your recipe place it in a pan bring it up to barely a simmer wait 45 minutes and it should reduce by half. Homemade evaporated milk taste a whole lot better than the can stuff

  6. It’s so annoying to see so many Filipinos try to say your making “their” flan. The only reason they have it in the first place is because the conquerors of the Philippines were FROM Spain and Mexico. Mexico City ruled it as a territory for 250 years!! You are all clueless.

  8. As a Filipino did 3 steps wrong 1 is you only need the yolk the rest will make it give more bubbles and condensed milk must go first and you didn't wait for the bubbles to pop inside it will ruin the texture sometimes
