  4. So I am assuming we use Greek yogurt for this or is regular fine ?
    Edit:
Nvm I saw your recipe ! Can’t wait to make

  5. Shouldn't you wear gloves? And (salt) is very bad for us with high blood pressure. Salt is a preservative, not a true seasoning ingredient. But the real bad stuff you didn't put, yippee.

  6. Very good recipe! I added some fresh dill and lemon juice to mine and it was awesome. Thanks so much for your recipes they are all yummy! πŸ˜‹

  7. This was absolutely outstanding, Suzy, very authentic. I spent two months backpacking through the Greek Islands in the mid-1980s, including Paros, where your website says this recipe is from. It was during Greek Orthodox Easter and everywhere you went, like in a pensione, they had bowls of hardboiled eggs dyed red and rolls for you to help yourself. When you sat down in a family owned restaurant they would usually bring you a bowl of tzatziki and bread before you even ordered. Lots of small variations. Some had dill, some had chopped onion, some kalamata olives, some dusted with freshly cracked pepper. All were great, like your recipe. Thank you so much! I had your tzatziki with your gyros recipe. Made it the morning and by afternoon it was bursting with flavor!
