I see where you’re coming from, but it’s lacking 2 key components of a grilled cheese. For one, this has clearly not been grilled, but baked! And two, the cheese needs to be between the grilled bread, this is closer to a cheese toast. Not to mention the tomato sauce brings it closer into melt territory, which is a BIG no no here.
