  1. When I get up in the morning I'm going to the store I am 75 and I've been cooking since I was 11 I make my own extracts so now I'm going to start doing my infused oils and my sun dried tomatoes I just I got plenty of bottles I keep my mason jars and I keep my Bible for my to do the pasta sauce and my daughter understand why I won't let her throw away their many reasons because that's the things I don't want to go down the disposal I put them in a jar special buy mayonnaise jar tight muscle put them in the trash but most the time I love for myself to be where I can put it on the ground for either animal can eat it or it turns to compost

  2. This is great for cooking but can also be used as a hot oil hair treatment to stimulate the scalp and encourage hair growth

  4. I would love to do it with just garlic is it the same process that you do with the rosemary if not can you do one video to show us how to infusing garlic with your olive oil

  5. I can only imagine how long a meal recipe would take you. Blah blah sales pitch blah blah my dad blah we make the best olive oil…. Four minutes in let's get started… Lol

  6. You didn't mention washing and thoroughly drying the rosemary before cooking.

  7. Ciao Bello!! Oven…200 degree's? I see every videos doing stovetop… Telle me please, would oven be fine? Takes longer but still fine?

  8. Great oil recipes but using the fresh ingredients in the bottles will introduce a source for botulism to grow, even in oil. Shelf life is generally 5-7 days unless you store in the fridge which extends the shelf life to 3-4 months. Completely dried herbs are much safer.

  9. I can't wait to try this. I have lots of rosemary growing in my backyard. Now I have an idea what to do with it. Besides baking it with pork or braising steaks. Thanks
