In this video I will be showing you how to make spinach pies using the 10 minute dough !
In this video i made spinach pies using the 10 minute dough but you can use this dough for anything you like!
INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
5 cups flour
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
1 cup warm water ( make sure only warm not hot or it will kill yeast)
1 cup warm milk ( make sure only warm not hot or it will kill yeast)

Spinach stuffing:
40 oz preached spinach ( they come prewashed in the bags)
2 large onions
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp sumac ( you can add 2 if you like the sumac flavor)
1/2 tbsp citric acid
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes ( this is optional or you can add 1/4 tbsp for just a tiny bit of spice)

  5. Your Active dry yeast looks instant yeast(it's Fine like salt)mine has big granules..
    Shall i follow the recipe in the exact way you mentioned ?

  6. Your flour measurements might be off, I had to add about an extra cup of flour to make the dough come together
