Cote is a block behind us. I walk past multiple times a day walking our dog, and one outdoor waiter always has treats in his apron. We walked up last December before moving to 23rd and asked the wait for a table, and the young woman at the back gave a very snooty reply that they were fully booked. We ordered take out maybe two months ago, which was fine, but I’m ready to make a reservation and get the full experience, as long as we get Mr. Treats as our waiter. It always smells great outside.
