I followed the video but the batter came out watery. I think 2.5 cups of butter milk was way too much.
Any tips or recommendations for future adjustments? Anyone run across the same problem and if so how did you fix it?

Literally just made this recipe exactly as directed – pancakes are still hot – and they’re fluffy and beautiful just as promised. Delicious! Takes up a lot of butter however.

I just made these. Using just 1 tsp of table salt is too salty and I can't taste any sweetness unless it's drowing with maple syrup. But it is satisfyingly fluffy. 5/10
Try substituting almond flavoring for half of the vanilla.
