the ribeye was really juicy & flavorful for less than 8oz. flavor wise, resembled something of a pepper steak. the eggs were soft-scrambled quite well & the hashbrowns were fantastic.

They are super busy at breakfast for a reason. I’m a fan of the Ultimate Migas!

Café Java is awesome! The Round Rock location is my go-to, and the staff are all so incredibly kind!

The breakfast tacos are so, so good! And if you haven’t tried the grilled muffins (specifically banana nut), you’re missing out. 🤤

Great spot. I wish they had some vegan options so my wife could eat here. They really don’t have any good ones.

Cajun chicken sandwich, couple slaps of tobasco into the aioli, iced black-eye with a shot of caramel syrup, high five Dale Watson whose sipping coffee at the end of the bar seats, then head off to music theory class. I don’t miss alot from living in the Gracy neighborhood, I miss Cafe Java. A true diamond in the rough.
