   :10 says it all …zucchini bread as good as banana could be combined too! Both freeze well too…you do run out of space though pretty quickly!

   My dad and I fell in love with zucchini fritters on our last trip to Greece. It's gonna be an addition to our menu. By the way, in Kuwait we have veggie fritters, and we make it a lot in Ramadan. But my dad adds to his fritters a chunk of lamb

    How do your fritters not fall apart? I tried this recipe and they would not hold together.😩 do you use any flour?
