Hello Health Nuts,

As promised this is the Raw Moroccan Spinach Salad I was talking to you about.. Hope you will enjoy it
as much as I always do… Here is the Recipe (for 1 serving):

2-3 cups of spinach
a handfull of fresh Parsley
1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/4 teaspoon Chillipowder
1/4 teaspoon cayennepepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
a little bit of Garlic Powder or 1 clove of fresh garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Process all ingredients in the foodprocessor and bon appetit…

  1. Yay!! I have all the ingredients! I have apple cider vinegar, I hope that will work! This looks delicious!! This would be great in a nori wrap as well with some avocado and cucumber, etc…. YUMMY!! I am going to make it as a salad w/ arugula first! It looks fantastic! 🙂 This also looks like it would be great by itself or with hemp seeds!

  3. @myjourneytoraw Great idea, it would be delish in nori wrap wih avocado.. I will try that out as well… appel cider vinegar will do as well.. hope you will like it lady…

  5. Just tried this tonight almost exactly and gotta say the family loved it. It pretty much tasted like tabouleh without the bulgar wheat and that's a good thing b/c all that spinach can only be good for you! Gonna have to try the recipe with other mild greens too! Thanks for the great recipe!
