First of many to come as the garden ripens up!
I spritzed the tomatoes, peppers, and onion with oil and smoked for 10 minutes, just long enough to get a light smoke, and then straight into the broiler for 15 minutes to get a light char. Placed everything in a food processor and blitzed to my desired consistency. There was a lot of liquid on the tray from the tomatoes so I decided to leave that out and I’m glad I did otherwise it would’ve been to wet. Anyone know what the bright yellow pepper is?
1/2 normal size white onion
1/2-1/4 bunch cilantro
2 clove garlic
2 sweet heat peppers
2 jalapeños
1 super hot mystery (the bright yellow pepper)
1 burning bush habanero
7 queen of the night tomatoes
1 mango
Juice half lime
Pinch of kosher salt

I’m definitely growing more Queen of the Night tomatoes next year. I love the garlicky flavor.
