I’m two weeks in to cooking on my KJ Konnect, and find that with a closed lid that the display is showing “Lid Open”, and thus not turning the fan on to maintain temps etc etc aka act like a Konnected Joe. It seems fine enough when starting out for the warm up. But after opening it to put some meat on there “LID OPEN”
Is there some kind of sensor adjustment I need to do. I’m nearing idea of SLAMMING the lid closed. *frustrated*

Two options:
1. Warranty claim.
2. Turn off the electronics and cook like it’s a classic.
I would open with I want my funds returned and you can come get it.
That’s what I did with their Pellet grill. IMHO they did not test their new stuff and clearly, the new entity that owns KJ does not use their own products.
