  1. I tried to make banana bread for the first time and I used your recipe. I did make small adjustments because I have a different size tray. It turned out so great. It is so delicious!!!

  2. This was terrible, extremely bad. I spent some time playing around trying to make it better and hears how I did it. How I fixed it was I put eggs, banana extract, brown sugar, cinnamon, 5 bananas, butter, and caramel into a blender. Blended it until it was liquefied. Switched from using all-purpose flower to self-rising flower. I still used baking soda. If your butter has salt in it don't use salt. Make sure when pouring it into the flower that you mix it well, very well, and also by hand. Dont use a blender. I Bake for 60 to 65 min and it will be good.

  3. My only complaint is that she says, "two and a third cups" of banana. Does she mean two-thirds? Big difference between 2 1/3 and 2/3.

  6. Banana bread and some ice cream is my comfort food snack its amazing, I had to come here to see how the magic happens

  7. If you wanted to make a smaller sized one, like half the size. You would use half all the ingredients and then would you only leave it in the oven for 30min (half the time) or would you need to still do the full 60min?

  8. If it goes dark too fast : keep it 170°c [350F] for +-10mins(until it'll get nice brown top , but not to much) then turn your oven down to 155°c [311F] and cover the bread with a foil, as author had said.
