A few years ago I tried the Ekmek dessert in Greece and was fascinated by its taste and texture. I decided to do it in a glass and it turned out very well.

Omg please stop. This is a Turkish dessert. Ekmek means bread in Turkish and they used to use bread that was going off to make this dessert. Kadayif is definitely not Greek either.
Turkish dessert again bon appetite
